I know in South America, there is a tribe where the person can look like a woman until puberty, but are in fact men, so with that in mind, one can't really be sure of a child's sex. But the problem is, I would not feel happy for a person dressed like a woman going into the men's, even if they are male.

That could be an unintended consequence of the SC ruling.
It'll lead to more confusion. Children especially will be totally confused.
Imagine walking into a male single sex space for it to be crowded with people dressed as women.

Female toilets have a cubical, so it does not really matter. It is the male toilets where the problem lies, as we have urinals. But it means we will need men's, women's, and others toilets. And in the main we do, they are called disabled toilets, which means the real disabled are going to have a problem.

Disabled people have received such special treatment for a long time.
Now transgenders will be entitled to such special treatment.
In the Radio 4 prog yesterday there was a discussion of transgenders being accommodated in private rooms in hospitals.
I thought, 'that'll never work. Everyone going into a hospital will be transgender'.

At the end of the day, how will it be policed?
If the public are entitled to challenge others using single sex spaces, there's going to be a few arguments and embarrassed people.

You are welcome to your opinion. Most people, if not all, tend to believe the arguments they agree with.

Some people, when they encounter arguments/evidence/facts which run counter to what they previously believed consider them, and may change their position as a result.

The word for those people is intelligent.
