Sounds like a death ship!
I'm not doing that ever.
I refuse all you can eat buffets now.
No control. Last one I was in severe pain from over eating.
Fair play to those that can control themselves.

Very wise.We went on a cruise in April that was all inclusive including booze. We paid extra to go 'premium all inclusive' which was basically better brands, canned/bottled mixers instead of out of the pump and premium coffee's and teas from the speciality coffee house. I drank far more than I would normally - sort of felt I had to - trying out premium gins, brandies and scotch. I’ve never drank so much in a week and I don’t think it did me any good. Going on another cruise in September, not an all inclusive booze one this time so I’ll forgo any drinks packages and we'll be pay as you go on that one! I do enjoy a glass of wine or two with my meals but I'm not one for drinking in the day, especially on its own.

Really.?Be interested to see how that goes as we cruise regular (as guests) and we always have the drinks package, the package usually costs us around a £90 per day and we wondered if it worked out better to PAYG.

How much would the whole cruise cost for 15 days?We always use Princess cruises so a bit more expensive on the drinks packages, there are other things rolled into the drinks package such as WiFi, speciality coffees etc. but for an average 15 day cruise the drinks are around £1200. We were discussing not doing the drinks package in March. Because we always get an executive suite onboard, the Wifi is in anyway plus other perks which makes the drinks package less attractive. The onboard spend is good at £320. We had that only once.

Why was was that?I was very strict once. I only ever drank if the day had a 'y' in it...

Did you ever have a Giddy Aunt.Whoops, my mistake. £90 a week per person.

My mistake - I thought you were replying to me where it was £90 for the week, not Highwayman paying £90 a day.Did you ever have a Giddy Aunt.
That would kill me and the family. Id be getting my 14 year old on it.

I think i might faintMy mistake - I thought you were replying to me where it was £90 for the week, not Highwayman paying £90 a day.
