The BBC needs to explain its way out of this one.

Well if you don't already understand the difference there's no point explaining further
Well, that's a stupid answer. Perhaps your meaning was not clear enough.

If I do understand you correctly, Baker was dismissed because he tweeted (I think) something the BBC thought reason for dismissing him, while Brand's comment was known and then thought suitable for broadcasting.

But maybe you could you tell us why Jeremy Kyle was axed after one suicide, but Love Island is still going after two suicides?
I don't know. In my opinion neither programme, and many others, should have been aired in the first place.

Well since you have made it pretty clear how you view the BBC, maybe you could answer this simple question...

Which media outlet would you suggest we access in order to get an unbiased view of UK/World events?
The Beeb is still my media of choice and the first news outlet I go to - and to that end I find it even more annoying when their bias shines through, they may very well be the least biased news network in the world but sadly on some subjects they are far from impartial. Do you trust them 100%?

Just imaging if jo Brands comments had been made towards some other group in society......

And yet you labelled them the "Biased Broadcasting Corporation"

And no - no organisation can be 100% impartial all the time...

But they do a better job than most!

Just imaging if jo Brands comments had been made towards some other group in society......
Now which 'group in society' could you be referring to I wonder?

I guess you've just shown us your own ignorant prejudice (y)

Perhaps this will help you:

Jo brand was on a programme that encouraged provocative comments.
She mentioned the milkshakes, saying that throwing them was stupid, then said that maybe battery acid would be better (btw battery acid is a lot weaker than is used in attacks) and then went on to say "I'm joking - don't do it"

Taken properly in context it is nowhere as offensive as some are suggesting.
Farage' threat to take up arms was not followed by any climb down
