Curious about the double board, never having done one - is a cable and a bus-bar finger in the same MCB terminal an accepted way of getting the power to the 2nd half?
 
That's basically what you get if you want to fit a new MK mcb into an older Sentry unit - you get a kit which comprises a length of cable that you attach to a convenient point along the busbar using an existing connection point, then a short busbar with three "fingers" on to which you can attach new style MK breakers. Alternatively, you can take the cable straight into the bottom of the mcb if there's only one.
