With respect, I don't think anyone is out there to 'catch' him, DP.

but the debate/suspicion/witch hunt could be ended quickly,
some have genuine concern's regards this stuff.

That is just total bull; nobody in his right mind has even the slightest concern about Tony working safely, you will have lost a few hairs by the time you are half the engineer he is.

Tony campaigns against illegal and incompetent installers, and even if he signed up too late for a resit to get it updated in time, he will not be a cowboy in any way.

He has stuck his neck out, and that will mean there is always someone ready to chop it.

look there's no denying he know his stuff, and hardly anyone is arguing that.

Ignoring the commercial core .

Agile says ALL ACS (which would be domestic qualifications) expiring this year which is 2003 .

Now ACS last 5 years

Agile and DIA have both indicated that he has recently sat them.
We are in october 2009 so that is a minimum of 9 months ish missing i wonder if that was back in 2004 or now or a mixture of both.
