I am on permanent ignore from Coljack, so I see no point in replying to him, but for anyone else... I have no idea what was said earlier, and neither do I have 'friends in high places'. Id only ever report abuse if it was nothing to do with the topic I was discussing, or any topic I had ever started / commented on.

But obviously there will be no more 'drunken brawls' as Im not drinking am I, and I cant see any problem with Coljacks comment in the last post from him.

best of luck GSM, take your time and keep at it and hopefully you will be fine, i've never really been a drinker, have the odd bottle of lager at night but could go 6 months without having one then finding the ones in the cupboard are out of date but i do appreciate some people get caught up in starting early and hit it a bit too hard

Had at least eight cans a night for the last twenty plus yrs, smoked since a kid, now 49, smoked cannabus for the last 25 yrs on and off. not overweight, or unfit, high blood pressure, controlled by pills.
I would like to give the lot up, but i know it will be hard.

I know it will be hard but most people only give up when they had a wake up call & for most of them it's too late, you're only 49! Plenty of time to cut down now
