BG rates are decided by the engineer doing the work at £67 ph. If the engineer can change a pump by holding the system full on bungs it costs 1 hr labour plus pump at £57, if it dont bung add another £120 for a drain, refill and inhibit. If you're getting a fixed quote you will be quoted for worst case scenario.
2 hours work and a £20 part = 40 + 40 + 20 + (17.5%) = 117.50, ok to me you may be pushing it a bit so knock 20 off and get him out of your hair....the part cost is that trade or retail?
