Well you are certainly correct about the first four words & with regard to the remainder of you opening statement, all I can say is that time will tell.
I'll not lower myself to engaging in a slanging match, after all the purpose of forums is to allow people to freely express their opinions. Finally I will state that I don't like foreigners & can remember the days when folks born & bred in this country could say such things openly, without being castigated for the remark.

    Gosh really!

TOP TIP: Keep your prejudices quiet on your next emergency visit to any NHS institution. Oh and Spain is a lovely place to live for bitter old pensioners. (y)

I feel no guilt whatsoever when I draw my state pension & as for returning to paid employment I'm happy that I've done my bit (during my last redundancy I did voluntary work until re-employed) & now a certain sector of society can get off their backsides & do theirs.

"Nigel Lawson, a former chair of the Vote Leave campaign during the EU referendum and one of tens of thousands of Britons living in France, is to apply for his official French residency card."

"The former Conservative MP has been ridiculed by opponents of Brexit for his eagerness to free the UK from the perceived shackles of Brussels while continuing to live in a mansion in Gascony, south-west France."

    "...
Nigel Farage is also among prominent leave campaigners who have been accused of hypocrisy after the referendum result.

    He sparked outrage last year
by refusing to give up his taxpayer-funded EU pension after Brexit, asking: “Why should my family suffer?”

It is understood the 53-year-old former Ukip leader will be entitled to an annual pension of £73,000 when he turns 63."

Let's hope he doesn't come back.

    Of course it's a debt...
(If not why is a 6% interest rate charged?)

Debt - a sum of money that is owed or due, financial obligation, outstanding payment...

The stupid thing is that at current (non) repayment rates it's cheaper for the taxpayer to remove tuition fees altogether.
After all, most European countries manage to educate their younger generations for free/negligible amounts.

The UK PLC however follows the USA in insisting on inflicting a lifetime of debt on the majority of it's population!
Probably why the tories like to speak of getting rid of the European 'social model' ;)

Retired English plumbers only have their own interests at heart. They hate the younger generation. You already know that.

Surely the descendant's of the windrush generation will rush forward to save us. I often see black people helping to get the harvest in and to watch those muslim girls out in the fields is a joy. Those which aren't employed by the bbc that is.
