Sadly not. Apparently the ocean front properties I had in mind are now very much under water. The only good side to this is those £billionaires are now $25million lighter, & we all like to see $billionaires wasting our money don'r we?

The new ocean front property boom is a hillside in Leeds, where 2 bed terraces are changing hands for upwards of £1miilion & are appreciating at roughly +130% per month.
