Opinions differ

My understanding is that "meal" is ground, like flour, bonemeal, wholemeal, oatmeal etc, but in various grades.

But pinhead is chopped with metal blades, not ground, so gritty, not powdery

I see that it is widely described as meal, though.
 
Kefir yogurt with apple then a Couple of hours later Halal kidneys with tomatoes onions mushrooms basil & chilli . A delight

Scrambled egg on toast. Sorry, no pictures but y'all know what it is.

I know what it is.
Eggs and milk scrambled all up in a frying pan and you put it on toast.

I've had loads of times.
 
A toasted bagel again this morning. This time with Avocado, mushrooms, chilli flakes and freshly ground black pepper. Very tasty and very filling!

Run out of my Lidl malted shreddie type cereal, so SWMBO picked up a box of Sainsburys own, 80p as opposed to the £4 for a pack of the genuine article. First bowlful today, jury is out at present.
We have the Sainsburys own brand Wheat biscuits at £1.33 instead of branded Weetabix at £3.50. Taste fine to me.
