I find it almost impossible to get my head around, the thought of driving to the hospital to have the op.

But my understanding is that those who feel they are a different gender to their biological sex can’t help it, it’s how they are.

They genuinely feel what they feel, it’s not a mental health illness although not surprisingly such anguish it does lead to mental illness.


Life is hard enough just being a boring bloke whose gender matches biological sex, I feel sorry for people who don’t.
