That is a tiny, tiny number of people, though. For the overwhelming majority of trans people, that is not the case. This is what I meant previously by conflation.

How many are we talking about, precisely? How is your conflation struggling with other transgender categorisations?
Where is your source for your presentation of numbers?
Bearing in mind there were over 262,000 transgender self identified in the 2021 census.
