Woman and Sex, means biological sex.

A ridiculous argument based on prejudice and used against anything you disagree with.
He can't help it.

I feel sorry for him - so consumed by negative feelings about something he doesn't like because he doesn't understand it, even though it doesn't affect him at all, and probably, outside the echo chambers of fellow sufferers, ignored and laughed at IRL for his whining.

Then of course there are all the cross-dressing characters in the plays by someone universally regarded as one of the finest English language playwrights the world has ever seen (and I'm not talking about the legal restrictions on female actors in his time).

Koolpc thinks they were transgender. He struggles to discern the difference between transgender and drag queens.
So it's understandable he is anti transgender because he classifies those who are obviously not transgender, as transgender.
Poor lad(ette).

Then he barks. So he must think he's a dog.

No, it's a falsehood.
If they don't have mental health issues then they may simply be attention seeking. I cannot see why anyone would wish to consider themselves as a female when they are male. Likewise I think mental health is often quoted when people are struggling with a problem, mental health has a stigma attached to it. It somehow makes the person with issues feel as though they dare not say that they are struggling through fear of ridicule or not fitting in. I see these trans people as people who are struggling with their identity which could indeed be through mental health issues.

You are welcome to your opinion.
And that is all it is.
He's welcome to it in that we don't have thought crime.

But as none of the protections against transphobia motivated discrimination, harassment, victimisation, or any negative treatment or hate crimes, have been removed or diluted, then depending on the context he may need to be careful about expressing it, and certainly about acting on it.

So all the patients that go to see a doctor are either mentally ill, or are attention seeking?
"Next!", or "you're bonkers".

I cannot see why anyone would wish to consider themselves as a female when they are male.
And you cannot see why anyone would want to consider themselves as a female when they were incorrectly diagnosed as male at birth?

Likewise I think mental health is often quoted when people are struggling with a problem, mental health has a stigma attached to it.
So why suggest it?

It somehow makes the person with issues feel as though they dare not say that they are struggling through fear of ridicule or not fitting in.
In the closet?

Cause and effect. You have transposed them due to your own prejudice.

See your earlier comment in the same response:

If I was "in the closet" for fear of ridicule, I suspect I would suffer mental anguish.

I think you may have mental heath issues tbh. If not then you must be attention seeking.

After all that guff, trans is still not normal, it is an illness.
People used to believe the same about homosexuality. Some still do. Are you one of them?

They used to think it could be "cured". Some still do. Are you one of them?

They used to think that homosexuals should be barred from certain employments and banned from enjoying the same civil liberties as heterosexuals. Some still do. Are you one of them?

They used to think homosexuals should be imprisoned. Some still do. Are you one of them?

And you cannot see why anyone would want to consider themselves as a female when they were incorrectly diagnosed as male at birth?

That is a tiny, tiny number of people, though. For the overwhelming majority of trans people, that is not the case. This is what I meant previously by conflation.

Fortunately we do not have a world which only contains things which you can understand.
