Likewise I think mental health is often quoted when people are struggling with a problem, mental health has a stigma attached to it. It somehow makes the person with issues feel as though they dare not say that they are struggling through fear of ridicule or not fitting in. I see these trans people as people who are struggling with their identity which could indeed be through mental health issues.
