So in reply to my question you show a photograph of cubicles.

Which doesn't answer "What's the difference between a room and a cubicle?".

If in those spaces on the right there were no gaps above or below the walls or the doors, would they be rooms?

I want to make sure we are talking about the same thing. Do you mean like these:

Yes, UK had to follow the European Court of Human Rights.

That is not what the Supreme Court said. They said "the UK already has legislation, and this is what it means".
So now the UK has to follow the Supreme Court.

In both cases we have laws which say what a court has decided they should say.

No difference.

You are deliberately being silly now.

In the first case, the UK was forced by a supranational organisation to alter our domestic law.

In the second case, our highest court interpreted the meaning of one of our existing domestic laws.

They are totally different things. Anyone should be able to see that.

Over a thousand posts on the subject on women and sex.

One track mind, you filthy buggers.

72 pages and still not 1 single person who agrees with you.
And look at the intellectual depth of some of those who disagree with reality:

Choo Choooooooo ...
Choo Chooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ...
Choo choo choo choo, clickety clack clickety clack, choo choo choo choo, clickety clack clickety clack.

I'm confused.......LOL......Hahahahaha.

Our "highest court" is no more democratically appointed, or accountable than the ECHR, and we recognise the legitimacy of both of them

And by saying that parts of an existing law are to be read as if certain words were inserted in certain places, then that is an alteration just as much as it would be if they actually made Parliament issue a changed version with the words in.

The people who "see" that most clearly are racists and xenophobes and ignorant Brexit supporters.

To placate the 0.0000000001% of the population that identify as the opposite sex, we'll gradually see a decline in dedicated male/female toilets. The wokies won't be happy until every single public toilet is designated to be used by anyone.

Stop quoting my name please I've not had any dealings with you for a while and I dont want any.

Back off.
I quoted one of your posts. I didn't reply to you, or write anything which required or requested that you enter into any dialogue with me.

I'm pretty sure people are allowed to quote others.

Just leave me out in future.

That's an example.

Obviously the maker is going to call them "cubicles", as would I if I were trying to find buyers, as I'm pretty sure that more potential customers would be looking for "full height toilet cubicles" than "full height toilet rooms".

But legally, what is a "room"?
