Perhaps you should check tonights news on the I where Steptoe excuses terrorism by blaming it on UK foreign policy.

Having said that most migrants are no better or worse than any other people.
Now that the UK has adopted a policy of multiculturalism rather than compulsory assimilation with the majority population the UKs major Cities are a now a hotbed of marginalised subcultures.
You have people from abroad who have lived in Britain for decades , they have British passports but they still can't speak a word of English because they only interact with their own community.
So it not surprising that you have these individuals who have problems identifying with mainstream society.
It is the same up in Scotland, in Glasgow a while back there were sectarian riots over religion, Celtic and Rangers football matches are just war by another means.

Lots of people make excuses about terrorists - from the political activists types, to the more naive types of the public.
I have heard that said, but the numbers of police supporting being armed will increase where and when it becomes essential.
Police are obviously very vulnerable without fairly powerful arms - tasers or handguns, therefore so is the rest of the public.
I still think of the policeman (also an ex soldier) guarding Westminster who died bravely trying to stop a knife man, as an example of the need for more armed police.
You are struggling with a comprehension deficit.
Blaming terrorism on UK foreign policy is not making an excuse for terrorism.
