This. They've bred out the stronger skunk varieties and it has less CBD but vastly increased levels of THC making it more potent and crucially more damaging to mental state/likely to induce psychosis . That is why it's now a problem, it's no longer the fairly harmless fun time drug it once was.

Normal small town just outside of London. Live near 3 pubs, very near. Fairly typical small town behaviour these days am afraid, bored kids on coke and booze.

All drugs impact other people. Country lines at the moment using kids for example.

Been like it for years tbh.
I can remember breaking down on the Hammersmith flyover and the AA sent a local guy out to tow me back home. He smoked pot all the way back but at least I understood why he was 2 hours late when he arrived!
I guess since the police stopped hassling so much for personal use with weed, people are more brazen?
