Is this the same court that ruled that illegals, illegal rapists and criminals can't be deported? Or the same court that ruled that accommodation that would satisfy typical fitness tests under other UK housing law was not in fact fit for illegals? Or the same court that lets people cause £1000's worth of criminal damage and vandalism (which would be unlawful under other UK law) but lets these people off because they "beleived" it was right to do?

It was condemned by the NHS,Public Health England and Wales and Crown Premises Fire Safety Inspectorate.
The Independent Chief Investigator of Borders and Immigration also condemned the barracks

That say certain Irish people freed from prison were in fact guilty terrorists, or certain people freed only to rape and murder again were not originally murderers and rapists? Or that the "will of Parliament" is often misinterpreted by the Court and misconstrued by shrewd lawyers

I'm sure you have confused yourself.

Your thread title "No surprise to anyone" seems to relate to a Court judgement ie 'Is anyone surprised at the court's decision?'. And then you are not prepared to discuss the fact that the Court can be and is frequently wrong in their decisions. And you then go on to give stupid responses (not reasoned argument) and random quotes.

I get the impression that you can't debate a proposition, even ones that you put forward!

They had not been occupied in 15 years.
My friend has been in the social housing "industry" for 40 years and there was no way they'd have been allowed in the private sector - or council. She said that enforcement would have been a likely outcome
