Luton airport fire

No chance - people like cars that do 0-60 in 3s with a top speed of 160mph and only cost £15 for a tank of fuel.

I suspect they have cctv and every Tesla parked there was probably in sentry mode busy uploading alerts to its owners telling them “I’m on fire and it wasn’t my fault, this time”.

Not a fan of electric cars?

BBC reports that the fire was started by a diesel car.
the picture of the (a?) Range Rover with flames under it on the beeb website seems to not be in a parking slot but in the middle of an access way at the top of a level changing slope.
might be perspective or...

Could be many things . . . . Heat from a binding brake?

eye witness who wished to remain anonymous, probably should have been dialling 999 or maybe he had regrets for starting the fire.

I have one

Which one?

I might be getting one as my next car.
With stuff like this, I do wonder if the person who took the video's first action was to summon the emergency services, or get their 'phone out and start recording...............

So it was reported at 8.53 but how long before the Fire Service was on scene? How fast did the fire spread. I would have thought a quick response could have made a telling difference?

You have proof of this or just a hunch? What car parks, what developers, what connections? Why do you think that anyone that runs a business is just two backhanders away from a Tory minister?

Why on earth would I agree that schools shouldn’t have a sprinkler system? Unlike you, I don’t wish death on anyone connect with or affected by a Tory decision just to score a point. Stop being so ****ing pathetic.

You are always banging on about a PR voting system so presumably you would want that to work for whichever political party you support. Why don't you tell us* who you will be voting for in the next GE and show us their last manifesto that says if elected, they will be making sprinkler systems mandatory in schools.

* At this point, Ellal will either (1) disappear into the ether, (2) come back with an answer that isn’t an answer at all or will (3) resort to default mode saying his vote is none of my business, personal information, how dare I ask, creepy troll stalker….blah blah ****ing blah, swerve.
But you are a creepy troll stalker...

Who spoke about 'hunting people down'?

And you make no sense whatsoever...

Except to yourself of course

As to not answering a question, when are you going to show us an actual benefit of brexit?

Oh that's right....

At this point, mottie will either (1) disappear into the ether, (2) come back with an answer that isn’t an answer at all...

What a pointless numpty mottie is!

So, 2 AND 3 then. I wasn’t wrong, was I? :ROFLMAO:

Tesla Model 3 Performance, I will likely replace it next year with the updated model. I also looked at the Taycan which I preferred, but I like the ordinary feel of the model 3 as a car for work.

My brother has the Model Y performance - he had the 3 before that but non performance.

You getting it on lease or through company car scheme?

I’ll be changing my cordless drill to the petrol version then.

Blup
a mate woke up one night to the sound of smoke alarms. His drill was charging on the kitchen table, but then caught fire. The flames were starting to take to the ceiling when he came down.
