Ive never been a Guinness drinker, but its the right Ballance for me.
When I was recovering from Jaundice I got into drinking Kopparberg ⁰% cider.
Definitely on a hot day it went down well, apart from spiking the blood sugar levels.
Most soft drinks go down to quick with me, and I dont get that pub feel.
Yet the Guinness tastes ok, and add health benifits, adding Iron to my diet and good gut health.
