    Yeh I did, and lost a bit of weigh to boot. Better nights sleep as well.

    If it wasn't for this bloody bug going round I'd have probably done the year, slipped back into the habbit of a drink after a mad day at work.

    I quit drinking in the week years ago. All I have with my tea is water. Still have a few at the weekend though. Can't live the life of a monk.

    A glass or so of my home made wine with dinner, maybe followed later by some of my home brewed Scottish Export. I'm told my home made's are more than a match for the commercial stuff.
