I don't get it, did he buy the council house from the council or from the previous owner? If so then as a private citizens he is not allowed to rent it out?

But privatising the NHS and Schools via the backdoor you agree to but this gets you in a hump.

The flat was previously owned by the Paddington Churches Housing Association – now part of the Notting Hill Genesis group, a major social housing supplier to poorer Londonders. It was sold off on a 125-year leasehold in 2010, and Mr Corbyn purchased it six years later with the help of a mortgage from Santander.

Last night he declined to comment how he was able to get the flat at such a low price, nor address the charge of hypocrisy. But after by The Mail on Sunday’s inquiries, the property was withdrawn from Airbnb’s listings.

Sebastian Corbyn is employed by John McDonnell (pictured above) who has previously said the sale of social housing units is 'scandalous'

John McDonnell has said ‘social housing units being sold off... is scandalous when we have such a severe housing crisis’.

Look, John. Here's a dead horse, why don't you borrow Notch's whip and flog it, you know you'll enjoy it.

So your point is that guilt is transferrable to relatives?
    Gasbag the troll thinks so
Poor Jo Johnson. Being related to buffoon and therefore to blame for the brexit omnishambles.

He didn't buy it from a housing association, he bought it 6 years after they sold if off.
Therefore, he could not have got a good deal from local government because of daddy.
Means the story is a lie, defamatory and just BS.

It's a sure sign that the right wing and tories are getting worried, and fear another snap election - they only sink so low as to go after MP familiy members at election time.

Funny really, the story was "leaked" by a the tories, the very people who sold off council houses and created the whole buy-to-let market.

I must admit it hard to see any relevance in Gasbanni's posts.

They make him feel empowered. Think about it - he logs on an internet forum just to wind people up. Incredible loneliness, cowardice and self loathing. Pitiful miserable old sod just needs to get a pet dog or summat.

Can you link me where Labour have ever proposed that, or are you confusing that with their plans to go after the big
corporate tax dodgers to make them pay a fairer amount of tax. Yes you probably are.

Bit ironic coming from a brexit chump who wants to bring down the whole country.
