Is Screwfix a disaster?

Nobody here bothers to go back to the end of the queue; they hold up the entire shop finding an alternative in the catalogue.
As the "Argos for DIYers" they need those stock check things next to the catalogues to stop people wasting their time.

The having to spend £50 for free delivery thing is a good point as its the reason I don't order online and have to brave the shop.

Oh, and why the hell do the doors open inwards so you have to try and pull the handle with your arms full of stuff rather than just being able to push the door...
