I apologise, and stand corrected, this topic could probably go on and on... The letter of the law and it's interpretation can be quite complex, two barristers slugging it out in court will have their side and point of view on what they perceive the law to mean and quote prescedent of previous findings and reference to hallsbury's and other legal documents. The joy's or "Right and Wrong!" if it can be put down to that
