It does seem to be contagious, (like other flu epidemics ) this obsessing about minutia, or taking inferences that were not intended.

FWIW, I understood what you meant, it is transmitted like the flu, the illness starts off like the flu and for most it is very similar to the flu. The rub is, for some the body has a strange weird/allergic reaction to it and it then develops into something far more sinister.

Edit : Aah! I thought you had missed out the comma. You had missed out the 'r' In 'your', and you were talking to sodthisforfun. That makes much more sense given her intense dislike of Himmy.
It would appear that Brigadier also has an intense dislike for Himmy. Does it also transfer to others that make his comments look so pointless?​

Do you meant if I create arguments and am as impolite as Brigadier, I might be allowed to stay?
Or do some on here get to decide who can stay and who can't. Those that they decide are not allowed to stay, they make allegations, etc, until the unwanted are banned for some imagined misdemeanour?

I wonder how many before me have been subjected to such indiscriminate treatment?

Is that during lockdown or all back to normal ..1% chance of dying from it?? What does that even mean...multiply any percentage you like by 60million and you still end up with huge death rates that are avoidable...
