I think we (England) play far to negative. We have great defenders, so let them do what they do and the rest play more attacking. Our most attacking player at one stage was defender young Micah Richards.

I think that it's because he is constantly thinking , how did a second rate manager like me get this job and a salary of around £2 million a year.
