Are you really comparing Oswald Mosley and his toy town Nazis to Hitler's SS.
Adolf Hitler was given a mandate by millions of Germans to rule Germany. There was no way a comparable situation was going to arise in Britain because while a lot of People might flirt with the idea of fascism most British would rather be in the pub than trying to overthrow Democracy, although having said that didn't Hitler's first attempt at Revolution start in a beer hall.
