A whole apple including the most important core.
Pineapple
To counter the sugars in the fruit I dazzled chia & some high fibre Polish seeds. Then topped off with a sprinkle of seeds and nuts.

Kefir & Greek yogurt complete the mix.

I always have that type of breakfast as a starter when I’m staying in a hotel as they have a good selection of nuts and seeds. Followed by the full English. Followed by meat and cheese. Followed by croissants and honey. Followed by a banana. Than a good shît before I can go out. :ROFLMAO:

Air fried bacon and tomatoes, scrambled eggs and just one slice of toast with , ahem, just a light scraping of flora. The fat content was neutralised with that well known fried breakfast antiseptic, HP sauce.

Can I ask what is the best margarine for toast. I had the best toast ever with breakfast at Manchester airport in the seventies and never forgot the taste. ‘What margarine would they have used?’ I doubt it would have been butter.
