More than you understand about the difference between the words "proof" and "belief" it seems
Can you prove that Energy exists? of which all matter is composed of, and the answer is going to be like it or not, yes, energy exists, without it the matter could not have been created, even if 13 or so billions of years ago, so was it not energy that created matter, is therefore proof that God who is the energy exists. What more proof do you need?

If God created this world, which God was he?
He is made up of quarks and bosons, you haven't got the natural ability to see him with your eyes, so if you need proof, then you need to erect a hadron Collider in your back yard and fire a beam of particles at close to speed of light, and when they collide you get neutrinos, which if you can make a suitable detector, it can sense these neutrinos which can then be plotted on a CRT screen, so this is your proof, total evidence of God's existence, you see that on a computer screen.
You see, if God did not exist, you won't have got any Bosons, Bosons are God particles, in particular the Higgs Boson, that is exactly what the scientist first called it and then got so embarrassed simply because scientist don't like using the word God, for some reason they are allergic to use the word God and will always deny his existence even when they realise that what they may be looking at is the signs of existence of God, so you see the proof is already out, and is everywhere!
When Scientist wanted to find out what gave particles its mass, a Boson was thought to be responsible for mass of particles, Higgs thought of this, but it was some time before it could be proved, Higgs Boson is one of many unknown particles including Gravitons, that makes God, but Higgs Boson is one which gives particles its mass.
without mass, and gravity, matter cannot be composed, or come into existence, so what was needed was Higgs Boson or one of God particle, without mass and gravity, there is no creation, only energy, so Higgs Boson gave mass to all the matter to come into existence, hence it was rightly called God particle, but later on most scientist were not comfortable with the truth of the matter that Higgs Boson is indeed one of many of God particle, so there is ample proof of God's existence, but scientist are living in denial of God.
We still have to see the proof of Gravitons, we know they exists, without gravitons we would not have got gravity, but we know gravity exists, similarly we need to still work on magnetism, how a magnetic field interacts with a conductor or visa versa and allows electrons to flow in that conductor when it strikes the lines of force or the field, we still don't know the true mechanism of how electrons are created in that conductor to produce electrical energy that is a flow of electrons, we know they exists, we have very far to go yet before we can fully comprehend everything before we can fully understand who is God what is he like.

No, come on. Which God created the universe?
Our biggest problem is that for all practical purposes, we require a beginning point for everything, but we get stuck when it comes to something that has no beginning, we count from Nothing (zero) and zero is a very important state in mathematics, and also for computer science, which uses two states, i.e. ZERO (a false state) and a ONE (a true state) we humans start everything from ZERO, we count from Zero, our computers start functioning from the Zero state, as soon as we switch power to our computers, we enable it to a One state from its off state of Zero.
But this logic does not apply to Energy, which was always there, it had no Zero state, it was always at state One, and shall remain at state One for infinitum time.
The only thing this Energy could do was to convert to something else, that again cannot be totally annihilated without transforming back into Energy, so the state of Nothing just cannot Exist, there will always be Energy and matter around, they could co-exist side by side or alone, but they cannot be totally destroyed into absolutely Nothing.
If that happened or if that was the state of things in space, (i.e. Zero) then we would not be here today, nothing would have been created. Nothing would have come out of nothing.
having said this, it is logically possible for the entire energy to convert itself into entire matter only, leaving no energy, that is logically possible, weather it is actually possible is another matter! Personally I don't think God would that stupid to convert all of himself into matter entirely and vanish into a matter altogether. This may be possible, but is very unlikely that it would happen, matter is always going to bump into other things and transform further into other things and energy released, matter colliding with anti-matter and annihilating back into energy. Hence Energy and matter may always co-exist together in different proportions throughout into infinitum amount of time, and who knows for sure whether the universe is really 13 billion years old , what if it existed for as long as the energy was there, its just that we can only see as far back as 13 billion years.
If an observer sat outside our universe, (yes if you can imagine by looking from outside our universe and not from inside it) and he had a watch on him, and assuming he never dies, and his watch battery never runs out, he could see that time would still tick even if the universe came and went, so time did not begin with the big bang, it was there from eons before that and time itself is infinitum. i believe. Time seizes for one when he is dead, but for others it still runs, like wise, don't necessarily means that all masters are right about time, how could time have a beginning and an ending even if the universe ends today, energy will still remain and time will still tick, even though it may be of no relevance to anything that does not exists. But it is of relevance to something that exists.
