The trouble is, Care workers are on very low wages and there is not a rush of people who want to be Care workers. So what happens if loads of them leave?

Get Phillipinos. Oh, wait, we took back control...
Im pretty sure if there was a shortage of care staff then we will be able to allow those in that have a genuine job offer with the right to stay as long as they continue in that line of work. I just don’t want any old Dragos, Jakoubus or Zbigniew having the right to flit over here and live on benefits while on the pretext of looking for work.

There will be legal claims about human rights

Un fair dismissal claims

all the scheister lawyers will be coining it in

One minute people are complaining that not enough care was taken when vulnerable old folk were sent home from hospital to their care homes and now people seem to be saying that they shouldn’t be given the best protection that they can be given because it affects the ‘uman rights of the workers that care for them. The clue is in the name. Care worker. If you care, do your best for them.

What next, people not isolating or taking care of themselves before they go in hospital for an operation in case they bring something in with them because it’s their right not to?

Why ? Who would have thought any medical procedure or medication could be forced on people by law .What you are saying then, is that forcing people to have a covid jab is wildly ridiculous.

It's not forced at all, it's a choice.

Do you not wish to protect the elderly, in every way possible ?
