Blind Drivers???

That said, there is a drivers intercom on a car park barrier at one of the staff car parks at a Birmingham Railway depot/yard.
The unit has instructions in braille. Why the hell would a driver need that?

Oh, and a klaxon for those who miss the visual aids and rely on audible.

Seemingly, all this was at the insistence of elf n safety to avoid accidents!!
