NO. The EU should give Britain all it wants for nothing.

We haven't had a bill yet Roger the Liar/Racist/Bull s hitter.
If we do get one and it means we can still retain a modicum of dignity then it may be worth paying to speed things along. By dignity I mean grovel for what ever deal the EU afford us.
