East Surrey hospital, it’s close to Harley, Redhill, Crawley - all places with significant immigrant populations and housed refugees.
All of the patients were English speaking citizens, 90% of them white.

Where is your local hospital?I don't think I've ever been my local hospital and not heard English being spoken. Even those whose 1st language isn't English still speak it.
