No, he doesn't.
That's Socialism, baby:cool:

It's Free Market activity.

Selling for the highest price you can get.

Essential when you are dealing with a buyer trying to pay the lowest price.

It's just a shame that we have a government who's stated aim is to increase the wealth of the richest 1% of the country regardless of the cost to the other 99% of the country... This is the overall aim of conservatives. It is what they desire, believe to be morally right, and seek to bring about.

Remember this at the next election - is it REALLY the way we all want to go...??

Oh please.

The market sets wage prices. That's capitalism baby.
thats true

ambulance men are leaving NHS in droves

if you have a heart attack and have to wait 2 hours for an ambulance, console yourself with “that’s capitalism baby”.

Every single person in this country has access to education. Nobody is forced to be a low paid "worker". If there are 100s or 1000s of people who can do the job you do and are happy to do it for less, why should the employer pay you more? if you don't like the pay, find a job that pays better, if you don't have the skills learn them.

If you want more money, become more valuable.
Great.

But no job is of such low value that you shouldn't be able to live off the wage paid.

It's also very easy for the better off to say such things about education. Not that easy when you need to earn some money from the 1st available chance.

How does one improve on £80k for driving a train four days a week?

Your position is unclear. Are you a capitalist who believes in the seller trying to maximise his price?

Or do you prefer a planned ecomomy where prices are regulated?

Or are you a Tory who thinks one party should seek to maximise his benefit

And the counterparty should meekly accept whatever is offered?

Yes, I think you are.

I am an authoritarian, with leanings towards the right to choose.

I prefer that if someone does not like the pay, they try and find the same job with better pay somewhere else, rather than resort to blackmail.

There must be lots of vacancies for the "hard working" illegals to slip into then. I'll keep my eye out for them ... and an eye on my watch and gold filings.
