I've worked out why your Oxygen levels are low, the wine fumes are obstructing the flow of Oxygen...............

A South African Syrah. £10.99 normally but came with a £20 meal deal so practically free. Not bad although I’ve cocked up on my meal timings - pork shoulder says 60-75 minutes so it may be all gone before the food hits the table!
Getting fed up with white wine, I’m finding it too acidic lately. Tried some rosé tonight. Very weak, 10.5%, but very 'glugable'. Had 2/3rds of the bottle and don’t even feel the slightest bit tipsy!
Cab Sauve tonight with my salmon stir-fry.
Not really. It’s about the only rosé I like.

Consultant asked me yhis week did I drink much. I said usually 1 bottle of beer a night, (4.4%), and she said to keep it up, "it's doing you absolutely no harm because your protein levels are at minimal." Happy days!

Once when my GP told me that the maximum recommended alcohol consumption for men was 21 units per week, I said 'surely that's the limit for children and pregnant women', he was old school so he smiled at that.
