What are you drinking tonight?

You must like real ale though if you like craft beer?

I had an Australian Shiraz tonight with my fillet steak that a mate gave me. 14.5%. Mrs Mottie won’t drink anything that strong so it is just as well she is off the booze for a while - she has her second jab tomorrow so won’t be touching alcohol for a few days after too.

Coincidentally, I've just cracked open a bottle of Wolf Blass Shiraz, 14%, also Australian. I'm having Chile Con Carne. Occasionally I have my Red at room temperature although I prefer it if it's a cool room, mostly I have it from the fridge, does that make me a bad person?

I knocked about with a girl who liked her lager at room temperature, ahh funny how odd memories pop up. :)

Talking of odd memories, in my teenage years I knew a bloke who occasionally, for our entertainment or to impress a girl, would drink a rum and blackcurrant through his nose. I can't recall any girls being particularly impressed with his party piece.

A muscadet for tonight with our Moules marinière. Wine is chilling and the mussels are being fattened up as I type.

Dinner looks good.. Mrs Bod did a lovely curry tonight.

Just spent all afternoon in a pub garden drinking Carlsberg, 5 pints just to help the economy. Back home now to cook some liver and bacon with mashed spuds and peas, then opening a few bottles of Hoegaarden.
Love Hoegaarden ice cold on a sunny arvo it's up there with some good food.

Also helping the Belgium economy I see:love:
